President Obama?

The identity of the next US President is anybody's guess. I don't think it will be a Republican. The American people won't soon forgive the blunders of this administration. Hundreds of thousands have died because of the ineptitude of George Bush and Carl Rove, just to name a few.

The man in the picture above, Barack Obama, is positioned in the political version of the cat bird's seat. He has carisma, a boy next door attitude, and he's very, very smart. I think his best asset will be his inexperience. People are tired of career politicians. Barack doesn't seem to be one. On top of everything else, Senator Obama may be able to rally the coveted black vote. At this point, unless someone finds pics of him with underage boys, he's the guy to beat for both Democrats and Republicans.

What do I think? Well, if it matters to anyone....if the election were today, I would vote for him without hesitation. He is the most genuine of the candidates so far. Many think that he should partner with Hillary and be part of a Clinton/Obama ticket. I think that is a mistake. If he partners with Clinton, it should be as the lead contender with Hillary as VP. That ticket would be unstoppable.

I know one thing for sure. Anyone is better than what we have now.
